Every birthday party at Altitude Franklin comes packed with fun and convenience. All parties include:

  • 75 Minutes of Jump Time: Guests will have full access to all attractions, including trampolines, stunt jump, reaction wall, basketball, performance trampolines, and dodgeball courts.
  • 45 Minutes of Party Time: Celebrate at your reserved party table with family and friends. Upgrade your party to a Private Room for just $5 per jumper. 
  • Dedicated Party Host: We handle the details so you can focus on making memories.
  • Altitude Safety Socks: Provided for all jumpers.
  • $5 Arcade Card for Each Jumper
  • Plates, Napkins, Utensils, and Tablecloths: Everything you need to enjoy food and cake without the hassle.

Birthday Party FAQ’s

Can we add time to our party?

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to purchase extra jump time for your guests. However, we do run on a tight schedule so we cannot guarantee your party space past the designated time slot that your party initially came with. We will do our best to accommodate you the best way that we can.

Can we bring in our own food?

You are more than welcome to bring in cakes and cupcakes to celebrate! Outside food or beverages are not permitted in the park unless an outside food fee is paid, which varies based on the party package selected. Catering options involving Sternos/open flames or water baths are not allowed for safety reasons.

If there are allergies or other dietary needs, please call the park, and we’ll be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?

Yes! If you would like to bring in any additional decorations, we do ask for you to bring them in the day before your event along with any setup instructions clearly written out.

Is my deposit refundable?

All birthday parties require a 50% deposit which will be applied to your party total. If you need to cancel, please notify the park 7 days in advance, If you would like to reschedule you may apply your deposit to any available date/time within the next two months. For any party canceled with less than 7 days notice the deposit will be forfeited.

How can we speed up the check-in process?

We suggest arriving 15 minutes early and we also recommend having all guests fill out a waiver on our website before they arrive.

Can I tip my party host?

It is not required but our party hosts certainly appreciate a tip for their helpful service!

Do we get the party room or table for the entire 2 hours?

We have carts where guests can put their shoes and gifts while they are jumping. When the group is called to the party room or table, your party host will have the cart at your designated party area with the shoes and gifts. If you have any questions about this, please give us a call at the park.
