Altitude Franklin is protected with ActivePure® Technology
We’ve recently installed the ActivePure® Technology Systems in the park. ActivePure® dispatches invisible super-charged sub-microscopic particles at tremendous speed. The particles collide with viruses, bacteria and immediately turns them into harmless things. Independent FDA Compliant Lab Testing has shown that within minutes, the ActivePure neutralizes more than 99.9% of airborne and surface pathogens including the virus that causes COVID-19.

The first element of fun is being clean and safe.
In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, we are raising the bar for your health even higher by implementing a new cleanliness certification program called C3 (Caring through Cleanliness and Certification).
So what is C3?
- Enhanced full-park cleanliness program
- Cleaning products that are consistent with CDC guidelines
- Executed by trained and certified staff
- Extensive cleaning protocols before, during and after hours
- Audited by EcoSure – our health and safety evaluation partner
We are limiting capacity inside our 26,500 square foot park. We are increasing social distancing awareness through signage and new operating procedures, and we have spaced out tables, cubby areas, and arcades to allow more distance between our guests. As we re-open our park, we are taking our park’s health and safety precautions to an even higher level by implementing our C3 cleanliness certification program (Caring through Cleanliness and Certification).
How we are adjusting the operations in our park:
New C3 Cleaning Protocols
We have dedicated C3 team members assigned to consistently clean and disinfect high touch surfaces throughout the day. Disinfectant products meet the CDC’s guidelines and recommendations.
Cleaning Stations
We have added disinfectant cleaning stations for the use of our guests.
Hand Sanitizer
We have increased the location and number of hand sanitizer stations available for use throughout the park.
Jump Passes
Passes available for purchase include 60 min, 90 min & 120 min jump passes. We encourage customers to purchase jump passes online before coming to the park.
Masks
Massachusetts guidelines for masks must be followed in our park. See https://www.mass.gov/news/
Reduced Capacity
We are limiting the capacity of guests in the park. Please reserve your jump pass online to secure your timeslot.
Social Distancing Changes
We are increasing social distancing awareness through signage and new operating procedures. We have spaced out tables, cubby areas, and arcades to allow more distance between our guests.
Team Member Safety
We are making face masks and gloves available to team members to protect them during their shift. We are also checking the temperature of employees before they begin their shift.
Park Cleanliness Audits
Altitude Trampoline Park has partnered with EcoSure in auditing our park cleanliness. EcoSure is a leader in health and safety evaluations and will be independently auditing our park.
