COOK CHILDREN’S DONATION DRIVE
We are so proud to be a part of this amazing community in Fort Worth. It is our goal to always give back to those in need and we couldn’t think of a better group to partner with than Cook Children’s Hospital. During our Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, we will be collecting items to be donated to children in need at Cook Children’s.
During the Grand Opening on Saturday, August 3rd – Bring in a new, unwrapped item from their wishlist below and receive a FREE 1 hour Jump Pass to Altitude Trampoline Park at Cityview. The item donated must be of $10 value or more in order to qualify.
If you are looking for a way to help fulfill an immediate need that can provide a smile to our tiniest patients and their families, please consider making a contribution towards the purchase of an item on the Cook Children’s Wish List:

Their greatest need at this time is items for children ages 0-5. Additional items are also requested and can be reviewed by visiting their Wish List located on the Cook Children’s website.
Chick-fil-a Hulen Mall will also be donating 10% of all their sales during Saturday’s Grand Opening Celebration to Cook Children’s.
